What happens when a good Italian boy from Avondale Heights falls in love with a good Greek girl from Coburg? Culture clash chaos, that's what. Set in the 1980s, Pepe and Poppy's families do everything to keep them apart but in the end love conquers all in this feel good, hilarious stage play, that will have audiences clapping and dancing in the aisles.

My professional life
I'm a storyteller at heart that uses many different mediums to tell my stories from film to the written word to audio. Professionally, I work as a communications consultant doing everything from creating strategic communications plans to creating content and I have a keen interest in emerging technologies. I have worked with clients spanning many industry sectors including local government, Not-For-Profits, Small Business to large enterprises and multinationals. My Creative life
I have been fortunate enough to have published three books as well as having written and directed multiple short films - including a film about the worlds most loved lollipop man. Julio, and a feature documentary, Calabrisella Mia. I'm just about to embark on my most challenging project yet, which is to adapt my first book, "Pepe and Poppy" into a theatrical production

Little Stories Big Ideas
Back 2021 when COVID brought the world to a standstill, I founded a writing competition for Australian Secondary School Students. The competition grew from 30 entries per term to close to 500 by term 4 2024. In 2025 Little Stories Big Ideas was gifted to the peak body for young writers, Express Media, to continue to provide a platform for young writers to create amazing stories.
